Ben Webster is an associate attorney at the Burns Law Office practicing in all areas of Family Law including Divorce, Child Custody, and Child Support. He is a member of the Minnesota State Bar Association Family Law Section and the First District Bar Association.   Ben is admitted to practice in both Minnesota and Wisconsin. 

Prior to joining the Burns Law Office, Ben worked as a Judicial Law Clerk to the Honorable Martha Simonett in the First Judicial District.  He received his Juris Doctor from the William Mitchell College of Law and graduated Phi Beta Kappa from the University of Minnesota.  In his free time, he enjoys playing golf, travel, and spending time with his friends and family.
